Seagis acquired a vacant, 20,000 square foot building in June 2024 in an off-market transaction from a private seller. This building is in an infill location in the Gotham Industrial Parkway in the Meadowlands submarket of Northern NJ and was built in 1969 and features 16’ ceilings, and 3 loading docks. Upon closing, the building underwent $500,000 in renovations which included a reduction in the office footprint, refinishing the existing office, updating the lighting, replacing the HVAC, painting the interior and exterior of the building, and adding dock levelers and new dock packages. Upon the commencement and completion of our marketing, we leased the building to a local company that relocated their headquarters to this renovated building.
