The 120,000 SF building is located in the Meadowlands submarket and sits 1 mile from the Route 3 and Exit 16W of the NJ Turnpike and has close access to Interstate 80 and Route 21. The two tenants renewed in a total of 66,000 SF in the 120,000 SF building.

The brokers involved included Gary Capetta from Pantheon Properties and Larry Schiffenhaus and Brian Golden of CBRE, representing the Landlord.
