Seagis Property Group Leases 200,000 Square Foot Warehouse Adjacent to Port Everglades to Informa

Seagis is excited to announce the full building lease of 1700 Eller Drive in Hollywood, FL, to Informa. The tenant will lease our recently completed, 200,000 SF fully secured warehouse facility adjacent to Port Everglades, featuring a 36′ clear height, 32 dock doors, and significant parking capability with 172 auto spaces and 49 trailer spaces.

Informa, the tenant, is a boat show producer founded in 2005. They provide business market intelligence and organize trade shows across the globe, including the Miami International Boat Show, the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, and the Palm Beach International Boat Show.
