    50,000 to 300,000 SF (average~125,000 SF)

  • Clear Height

    Minimum 24-foot clear height

  • Office Finish

    Maximum office finish of 15%

  • Construction

    Buildings constructed after 1980 are preferred

  • Occupancy

    High occupancy rates with strong tenant creditworthiness

  • Construction Type

    Masonry or tilt construction preferred
