This 35,500 square foot warehouse was built in 1930 and includes a 10,000 square foot secure parking lot and yard located within Brooklyn’s most land constrained submarket, Sunset Park. Seagis acquired the property vacant and immediately commenced on a $2.5 million renovation of the building which included a roof replacement, construction of a new office, interior and exterior painting, milling and paving of the lot, sprinkler system installation, exterior façade restoration, lighting and electrical upgrades, and more. The combination of location, functionality, and condition allowed us to sign a long-term lease with an investment grade customer immediately after the renovations were complete.
