Seagis Property Group Leases 20,000 SF Building in the Meadowlands, NJ

The asset is located in the Meadowlands submarket of Northern New Jersey. The 20,000 SF building was purchased by Seagis in June of 2024 and has undergone extensive capital work to position it for lease-up. This continues to be a busy year in the Meadowlands for Seagis having bought and subsequently leased 25 Amor Avenue, a 31,000 SF warehouse in the same park. Additionally the Company signed leases at some of its nearby properties including 13 Manor Road and 165 – 205 Chubb Avenue which totaled over +/- 300,000 SF of leasing activity.
